Couple’s Retreat 2023

1. Where and when is the retreat going to be held?

2. We have an important event to attend but I want to join the Couple's retreat, can I come late or join the next day; or go home by Saturday?
We understand you.
Although we highly recommend that you attend the whole Couple’s Retreat to experience its full benefit, you may still come in late or the next day. Only registered participants can participate and enter Blue Mountain Resort.
All registered participants whether they are attending one (1) night only will still pay the full amount of registration including the two (2) nights stay for the accommodations.
For the safety, security of all participants and orderly facilitation of the volunteers, all registered participants must arrive not later than 10:00 pm (EST) of September 15, 2023. Please come on Saturday morning instead at 7:00 am (EST).
3. What are the health and safety protocols?
We want to keep this event safe for everyone. If you are sick, please stay at home. We will continue to monitor and review any other safety protocols that may arise taking public health’s recommendations and trends into consideration.

4. How much is the fee to attend? How to pay? What is your refund policy?
Fees are inclusive of hotel accommodation, resource materials and buffet meals (Saturday: breakfast, lunch, dinner; Sunday: breakfast)
Registration Fees:
CAD $599 per couple DEADLINE of payment July 30, Sunday at 11:59 PM
Optional Fees:
CAD $100 per child (13 years old and above)
CAD $50 per children (5-12 years old)
Free (4 years old and below)

5. Who can attend this retreat?
This is open for the married couples. It is not recommended to bring your kids, but if you do there is an additional cost, see #4.
This retreat aims to strengthen couple’s relationships thru fulfilling God’s design for marriage.
6. I have allergies and/or medical dietary restrictions, will they serve the food to address my needs?
Please be aware that food served may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, peanuts, tree nuts, or shellfish. Kindly approach the restaurant staff at Blue Mountain for questions about any food allergy or restrictions you may have. Make sure to inform all the names listed in this registration that they acknowledged as stated.
7. What are the accommodations available?
All couples will be assigned into rooms applicable to their family size for the event.
8. Will there be any transportation assistance to those who do not have vehicles?
Kindly check with your Dgroup if they can help you with this inquiry. Indicate on the registration that you need a transportation and approach our committee during Sunday Service for details.
For passengers who are in need of a ride, kindly note that the time and day going to and from venue depends on the availability of the person offering the ride.
9. Is there Wi-Fi and network signal in the retreat?
Complimentary to registered lodging guests and offers basic bandwidth connectivity to email, web surfing, and social media. Valid for only one device in guest rooms.
10. Is the facility smoke-free? Can we bring my pet? What are other prohibitions?
Smoking inside the room or on the balcony is not permitted at any time. If any traces of smoking are detected, a minimum charge of $130.00 plus taxes will be charged.
Pets are not permitted in any rental suites with the exception of the Blue Mountain Resort, subject to conditions.
11. What are ways I can help in the retreat?
Thank you for asking, there are many ways to help.
1. Ride Sharing. If anyone has extra spot in their car to accommodate others who need a ride to and from the venue, please indicate on your registration.
2. Sponsorship. There are couples that are having financial challenges, but would like to attend the retreat, if you would like to sponsor for any amount it will be greatly appreciated. Kindly send your donation using the 3 simple step below.

- Step 3: Send a screenshot of your Interac transaction and further instructions if any to payment@ccftoronto.com
3. Prayer. Pray for the event that God will be glorified, no distractions for the participants in attending this retreat and many marriages will be blessed and/or restored; also pray for the volunteers and speakers.
12. I am interested to join but the registration is closed.
When maximum capacity is reached, no more registration will be accepted.
13. I am registered and our reservation has already been confirmed, can I invite and bring along someone?
No Confirmed Registration, No Entry.
Only confirmed participants (ie. paid, had received email reservation confirmation) can participate and enter Blue Mountain Resort for the CCF Couple’s Retreat 2023.
It is not allowed to bring someone to the retreat who is/are not confirmed as participants. All retreat participants will go thru the registration validation.
Invited guest/s needs to register by themselves and provide necessary consent form and payment confirmation as they reply to the confirmation email not later than July 30, 2023 (Sunday).
14. Can I register relative(s) or caregiver(s) of my children to look after them at this retreat?
In accordance to the hotel’s guidelines of no registered guest, no entry: the organizers wish to honor them by following their conditions.
Therefore, it is NOT recommended to bring them at the retreat due to limited spots. This allows other couples/participant to get the slot so that they can benefit from this retreat.
Also, there will be NXTGen staff who will be looking after kids during retreat.
15. What time is the check-in/check-out from the hotel?
Check-in time on Friday, September 15 at 4:00 pm, and 7:00 pm is the start of the program.
Check-out time on Sunday, September 17 at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm is the end of the program.
16. What are the other things to do at Blue Mountain?
There are a lot of things that you can do as a couple or family before and after the retreat, please note of the fees which are not included in the registration fee that you paid:
